Summary: Follow the interconnected lives of several characters who are affected by the building of the Rosario-Victoria Bridge in Argentina, a gargantuan, modern undertaking that links two Argentinean cities. As the bridge takes shape, carefree boys grow into teenagers; a mysterious engineer touches the lives of his landlord; and a photographer documents the process of change. No one is prepared for the transformation that begins once the bridge is complete.
